II. Applicant's Experience

20. Describe the operating constraints, efficiency and minimum stable load of each generating station. Provide heat balance information for the proposed generating station at minimum stable load, 60 percent, 80 percent and 100 percent load and attach a set of start-up curves.

21. Describe the dynamic performance of each generating unit in terms of its ability to operate under free governor control and load frequency control.
