Your responsibilities include:
· Advising the management on legal matters pertaining to commercial contracts, regulatory functions and legal obligations;
· Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
· Overseeing and supervising external counsel for the prosecution of offenders under the various legislation administered by the Authority.
An Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore with an honours degree in Law, preferably with 3 years of working experience in the public sector.
