SP PowerAssets Ltd has appointed SP PowerGrid Ltd as the agent to carry out the management and operation of all aspects of the transmission business for and on behalf of SP PowerAssets Ltd. SP PowerGrid Ltd is licensed by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) as the transmission agent licensee.

EMA has set performance standards for SP PowerAssets Ltd covering 5 service dimensions, viz availability of supply, quality of supply, providing supply, customer contact and metering services to ensure that consumers receive good customer service.
