PowerGas Ltd is the licensed gas transporter in Singapore that owns and manages the gas pipeline network for conveying natural gas and town gas. As the gas transporter, it provides open and non-discriminatory access to the gas pipeline network.

PowerGas Ltd has appointed SP PowerGrid Ltd as the agent to convey gas and manage the gas pipeline network for and on behalf of PowerGas Ltd.  SP PowerGrid Ltd is licensed by EMA as the gas transport agent.

As the gas transporter, PowerGas Ltd has to comply with performance standards set by EMA, covering 5 key service dimensions, viz. availability of supply, gas emergencies, providing supply, metering services and customer contact, to ensure that consumers receive good customer service.
