District Cooling Service Licensee

The Singapore Government has implemented a district cooling system in Marina South. The designated service areas in Marina South, where the use of district cooling service is mandatory, are published in the Singapore Government Gazette from time to time.

Providing district cooling services in such designated service areas requires a licence from EMA. Currently, we have granted a licence to Singapore District Cooling Pte Ltd ("SDC") to provide district cooling service within the designated service areas in Marina South. SDC’s licence took effect from 1 Apr 2006.
