Electricity consumers whose average monthly consumption over a 12-month period is below 10,000 kWh fall into the non-contestable segment of the Singapore retail electricity market.

Non-contestable consumers are supplied with electricity by SP Services Ltd at the regulated tariff.  The tariff is revised quarterly by SP Services Ltd to reflect the actual cost of electricity.  The regulated tariff is approved by EMA.
