The Market Rules govern the operations of the National Electricity Market of Singapore, including the activities of the market company and market participants. The market company, Energy Market Company Ltd (EMC), administers the Market Rules.
Any interested person or organisation that considers a modification or review of the Market Rules may be necessary or desirable, may submit a modification proposal to the EMC.
