provides strategic public communication support to drive EMA's policies and
programmes. Besides ensuring effective and timely communications, the Department
also drives quality service initiatives and delivery within the organisation
to build a consistent and positive corporate image.

The Finance
Department manages and ensures the deployment of organisational resources in an
efficient and effective manner, and oversees the administrative aspects of the
organisation. The finance functions cover accounts management, grants administration,
procurement, as well as finance planning and budgetary control.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Ms Samantha Low
The Information Technology Department enables EMA to achieve its mission by strategising and deploying Information Technology (IT) solutions to increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Functionally, this involves leveraging on IT to automate processes, facilitate innovation and enable the development of new capabilities. The department also establish IT related standards to facilitate management control over all corporate IT resources and to support EMA’s goals.

Mr Milton Goh
The Legal & Administration Department provides legal
advice in regulatory and other matters within the organisation and is responsible for administration functions including secretariat and administrative services for the proper functioning of the Board, central registry, facilities management and office administration.
