SIEW 2015 TO CELEBRATE SG50 GOLDEN JUBILEE

Registration for the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) 2015 is now open. There will be a slew of programmes to mark our nation's 50^th birthday during the 8^th SIEW taking place from 26–30 October at Marina Bay Sands.

In addition to discussions on energy issues, delegates can look forward to an evening of celebration and power networking at the SG50 Golden Jubilee Reception. The Singapore Energy Story will also highlight Singapore's energy history through immersive exhibits on our past, present and future Power sector developments.

Adding gravitas to this year's theme on "Global Energy Transitions" will be Dr Fatih Birol, Chief Economist, Executive Director (elect), from the International Energy Agency who will deliver the SIEW Opening Keynote Address. A strong lineup of speakers will share their insights and perspectives on: i) Asia's New Energy Frontiers; ii) Securing Energy in an Era of Uncertainty; and iii) Building Energy Resilience at the Singapore Energy Summit.
