What Happens If My Retailer Has Exited the Market?

Your electricity supply will not be disrupted should your retailer exit the electricity market. This is because SP Group will continue to operate the national power grid and deliver electricity to everyone. EMA will work closely with these retailers to ensure a smooth transition for affected customers.

You do not need to pay any early termination charges. Your retailer will also refund the balance of your security deposit after outstanding charges have been deducted.
