Under the District Cooling Act, EMA has issued the District Cooling Services Supply Code for the regulation of activities and conduct in the district cooling.

The Code sets out the minimum standards of performance that must be met in the provision of district cooling services. The Code also spells out the respective rights and obligations of the licensee and consumers, as well as the technical requirements for connection to the district cooling system.
